Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Travel - COED

A tryout fee is due at the time of player's CCYHA registration. All fees paid to CCYHA are NOT REFUNDABLE. No refunds of any fees shall be made under any circumstance when a player leaves CCYHA in order to join or associate with another hockey club, association, or organization within a 25 mile radius of Central Ohio as such radius is determined by the Board in its sole reasonable discretion.

DEVELOPMENT

A deposit or pre-payment fee (if applicable) is due at the time of player's CCYHA registration. All fees paid to CCYHA are NOT REFUNDABLE.

Special Hockey

A deposit or pre-payment fee (if applicable) is due at the time of player's CCYHA registration. All fees paid to CCYHA are NOT REFUNDABLE. This is includes but is not limited to any circumstance when a player leaves CCYHA in order to join or associate with another hockey club, association, or organization within a 25 mile radius of Central Ohio as such radius is determined by the Board in its sole reasonable discretion.

Coaches

CCYHA reimburses eligible volunteers the cost of the required USA hockey background screening. Information regarding reimbursement can be found the Coaches Resources page.

Clinics/Skills

All fees paid to CCYHA are NOT REFUNDABLE.

CCYHA Events

All fees paid to CCYHA are NOT REFUNDABLE.
